Hyperliquid Data and Analytics Tools

Hyperliquid analytics spans official APIs, block and EVM explorers, protocol dashboards, market-data terminals, portfolio trackers, and independent research datasets; the right tool depends on whether you need execution truth, interpretation, or convenience.

No single analytics product is the canonical view of Hyperliquid. The protocol APIs are closest to native market and account state. Explorers are useful for transaction-level investigation. Dashboards aggregate metrics such as volume, open interest, TVL, flows, or protocol activity. Research tools add interpretation. Serious work uses these layers together and records the source definition behind every number.

Protocol-native data

Hyperliquid's Info API and WebSocket feeds are the primary source for many market and account questions. They are preferable when a downstream dashboard's methodology is unclear or too aggregated.

EVM and chain exploration

HyperEVM explorers help inspect contract calls, token balances, and application activity. HyperCore-specific transactions and market state may require Hyperliquid-native tools or APIs.

Aggregators

Services such as DefiLlama are useful for comparing ecosystem TVL or protocol categories across chains, but their definitions can differ from Hyperliquid-native metrics. A dashboard's “TVL” should never be silently substituted for exchange collateral or open interest.

Trading analytics

Independent terminals can add order-flow visualization, wallet labels, funding scanners, liquidation views, or historical data. These are derived products. Validate high-stakes numbers against primary state.

Research standard

When Academy content cites a metric, include the measurement date, metric definition, and source. If the number is volatile, prefer a live embed or clearly dated snapshot over prose that will age invisibly.
